Beauty

Since we've moved six miles away from Anthony and Lori's house, I am amazed every single day, as I drive, at the beauty of this area.  The mountain ranges on every horizon as far as the eye can see, the trees, the creek, the overpasses of major highways.  Today I want to share some of that beauty with you. (These pictures are clickable.)

I am also amazed every single day at the beauty of Austin's face.  I never get tired of looking at him.  We have so much fun together.   And guess what????  He's starting to SING!!

When my Sweet Mama married my daddy all those many years ago (sixty-one next month) she left behind the beloved Pennsylvania mountains for the flat lands of slower, lower DE. The thing is, there is nothing that quite stirs my heart like the scenery of her home state. PA is just plain pretty! The pictures are a feast for eyes.

And our little Charis took a Mennonite Hymnal off the piano the other day and made singing noises. I love to hear little ones try to sing. Can you recognize any of Austin's songs yet? He should be one of the best with all the genetic and environmental influence. Get a video of it, dear friend. You know we wait with bated breath!!!

When my sister and I were in PA this summer we were continually amazed by the beauty there. Of course we didn't get to meet Austin - but he is gorgeous too!

Gorgeous photos Jean. I can not believe how big Austin is now. It seems like yesterday that he was born! Time is flying.

Hugs,
Kat

You do live with a lot of beauty! It should soon look even more stunning....I love fall (except that it means winter is just around the coner....bummer!!).

I have heard so many complaints about blogger. I often get the 'Service not Available" message.

Oh, it is all beautiful, but the finest of all is the little man! You are right! What a face!
