An angry sky
What a crazy, crazy day. It was already 50 degrees when I woke up, later we had heavy rain off and on for several hours, then a burst of beautiful sunshine. I was thinking that Destiny and I should go for a walk to the mailboxes. I didn't check, but I think the temp probably went up into the sixties.
And then I heard what honestly sounded like a roar or a train. I looked out and saw dark, heavy clouds and trees blowing like crazy. I have never experienced a tornado, but that is the first thing that came to my mind. I checked the TV channels to see if there were any warnings, but there weren't. What I did find out is that we have high wind warnings all night long and by morning the temp will be down in the 20's.
I miss my hubby already.

This looks like the skies that I flew over to get here from Stokholm. It as finally stopped snowing here. I do feel special that you miss me. Dick
We got hail, did you? Crazy, crazy - we were just getting to leave the house (leaving the kids at home with a sitter) - went to the auto auction for the school district's dinner - couple of trees down on the way - yikes! So thankful for the sunny skies today.
How sweet that you got a message from your hubby!
If you get too lonely, give me a call and I can come over with the kids! :) Trust me, you'll be happy when we leave - heehee
Those few minutes of sunshine and 60 degree temperature made me want to go for a walk too. But before that thought got very far, the dark, scary skies took over, then high wind and hail (for a short time) here in Mount Joy. The temperature was really dropping, I enjoyed watching that on my indoor/outdoor thermometer here in the house. MEW
