Puerto Rican-folded towels

Destiny just cracked me up. I had asked her to fold the towels, a job she has often done before quite well. I wasn't watching what she was doing, when I heard her say, "These are Puerto Rican-folded." I looked over and saw all these triangles!! Where she ever came up with such an idea is beyond me, but I thought it was absolutely hilarious. And by the way, in case you're wondering, she said the square one in the front is "American-folded".

Jean, I am just catching up on several days in your blog and want to say how sorry I am about your friend's sister. I know all the 'spiritual' things about death, but it's still hard on the heart...many of the things you mentioned I know were true of my friend Bev and her family. It just doesn't seem fair sometimes. I will remember them and I hate that I'm just now getting around to reading about that. Thanks for your post though.

I'm glad Dick got to his destination. I'm sure it will be a little weird without him, but at least you have Destiny for the weekend. How long will he be gone? I can't remember. The Capt'n Crunch cereal reference was GREAT. My favorite cereal is Capt'n Crunch with Crunch Berries, although I hardly ever buy it.

Lastly, did you ask Destiny how she came up with the name or got the idea that those towels were 'Puerto Rican folded'? Kids are hilarious. If you find out, let us know.

Sorry it took me so long to check in. I'll do better!

She is funny - it looks to me like Puerto Rican folded towels take more time than American!
The sky below really does look angry - but beautiful at the same time.

tell Destiny those towels look more like the Bermuda triangle! That is too cute that she has such an imagination!

Glad Dick arrived safely. I'll be praying for both you and him while he's away.
