I heard something really interesting on the radio this morning. Google has reported that the most frequent "Who is.." question they received in 2007 was, Who is God? And the most frequent "What is..." question was, What is love? That's profound, if it's true. I hope somebody didn't just make that up.
I'm introducing the song Who Am I to each class this week. I get such a thrill discussing the lyrics with the kids. What a tremendous thing to help them understand that while we are absolutely small and insignificant in comparison to the awesomeness of the Lord of all the earth, He cares so intimately and deeply for us and even tells us that we are His. I wrote the lyrics on one of my posts in September, but I'm going to write them here again because my heart is so full of their truth.

I like the words of that song. If it is ok, I want to copy them and put them in a file to keep. Thank you.
I love this song---always have! Such profound truth in this song that should humble us and cause us to fall on our knees in gratitude.

that is a good song. And also I listened to Anthonys band the four tracks. I really like that band. I abet they are awsome in person.
Such moving words that minister to me in ways that matter -- somewhere deep inside where there is this ache to know HIM. To experience HIM more and more in these everyday mundane moments -- because I have found that KNOWING HIM, Experiencing, not only His Love, but His FORGIVENESS, is something I can never really comprehend, but will be eternally grateful for (Literally!). I wish I could hear the music. Thanks for sharing the words again. They moved me the first time, they hit me hard again today. Love you!
