I can't even imagine, Jean, the heaviness in your heart without your sweet sister. Know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. No many how much time passes, it still can feel like just yesterday, can't it?
Like my mom said when my Dad passed away to all of us kids, "you'll never get over this...you'll just learn to live with it"
Janet certainly was a wonderful friend to me when I needed encouragement. I am sure that she is enjoying the presence of the Lord at this moment. I hope to meet her one day and maybe soon.
I'm so glad you posted a picture of her for us, Jean! Although I've not lost any really close family members, I have lost people who are close to my heart..adopted family..and Tracey is right...somehow you just learn to live with it. Memories are a great thing though..they can stay with us forever..until we see them again..Know that I care. :-)
