I'm sorry if I seem to be forever "fussing" about my amazing new shoes, but I just can't help it. The past two days I have felt better all over, including my feet, while taking Austin for a walk, than I have for several years. Today's weather was so amazing and I felt so good I just wanted to keep walking and walking and walking. But I know better. I'll keep working up gradually. I seriously think that if I had had these shoes two years ago, I would not have injured my feet in the first place when I was doing so well on the treadmill. Thank you, Lord, and thank you, Saucony!
I also saw a number on the scales this morning that I have not seen since 2002. That's the last time I lost more than these same old ten pounds that I keep losing and regaining. One interesting thing though - my face is thinner than it was back in 2002, but I can't yet fit into the pant size I wore back then. This belly and behind fat is a whole lot more difficult to lose at this age, unfortunately.
Today Austin looked so grown up, and of course, my cell phone was begging to take some pictures!

One of his most favorite things to do is open and close any sliding door, of which this house has plenty. This evening the sliding glass door to the deck kept him entertained for a very long time. Toys just cannot compare!

I'm so glad your shoes have made such a difference. I've had plantar fascistis and know what a blessing it is to have your feet feeling better!
The sunshine must look a whole lot sunnier to you these days. Now that you have some good walking shoes, you and Austin will be hard to find. Cute pictures of that darling. (Austin, I mean.) =)
So glad the shoes are working. When our feet hurt, everything hurts, right?
Austin is getting so tall!
Hugs!

Austin sure is so cute, so glad that your feet are better. I lost thirty lbs and still working at another 5 or more. It sure isn"t easy. But the key is to stay active and not eat as much. And that is going to be hard this weekend, there will be plenty of food.
Austin is so cute! I see he also has a swing. Jarrett has one hanging from the tree in the front yard. He loves it!
This morning I went to the Campus to get my blood taken. I noticed that all the technicians had on your shoes. I think the word is out about your new shoes!
