Hey, Austin, this little guy was trying to run you some competition!! But that's okay. You smell a lot better than he did!


Here's a close-up of those beautiful roses the kids gave me.
What an awesome day this was to end my years with the MCDS Worship Team. No question about it, the worship team was the absolutely favorite part of my job. I am so thankful God gave me the opportunity to invest into their lives and do what I loved most at the same time.

What a wonderful day! I love the roses. The songs that were sung were good ones - I have He never failed me running through my head now! I would have loved to hear one of these programs! The puppies? Simply adorable!

I KNOW what it feels like the day after the last program. You say, "Whew! That was the last one!" Then you ask, "Was it really?" And then you begin to wonder what will you ever do with yourself now that you don't get to do that again!!! And then, you look forward a while...and then backward at sweet memories.

I am so glad the Lord planned all the wonderful things for your last concert. Wonderful, sweet memories!

Now, take a day or 2 and do NOTHING!!! Everything will wait for you to take it all in. You've got lots of changes ahead...give yourself time to process it.

And, all that advice is probably worth exctly what you paid for it! :)
