Eventually we got up to the flight deck onto which navy jets land and from which they take off. It is astounding to think of the precision and skill required of those pilots.

A man on the flight deck came over to us and asked if we'd like him to take a picture of us. Bless his heart! He said he knows how it is when you can never get a picture of your whole group together.
