$3.69 a gallon!

Woo-hoo!! I was able to fill up my gas tank this morning for $53.00 instead of 60-something. There's a gas station near my school which usually has the highest prices in town, but today they were selling regular gasoline for $3.69, lower than any other station. They must be desperate for business! Almost every place around here was selling regular gas for $3.99 for week after week until recently. Thank you, Lord!

So what are the prices in your area?

The gas prices are down because I have been staying home. (smiles) They need your business!

That sounds great. Ours are down from a high of $4.18 to $3.86.

Ours is still $4.18. We always seem to be higher than anyone else except California. I definitely see less traffic in town which is fine with me. Barb

Do you realize how our thinking has changed? We now ( I along with you and many others) think $3.69 is cheap! HA! Not too many months ago we would have thought that price was terribly high!I guess it is all comparative. And I also think a grateful attitude for a price break is very important...so YEA! for $3.69 gas

We paid $3.65 for gas in Harrisonburg, VA on the way home. That was the cheapest. Last night I filled up for $3.78. Isn't it amazing that we think this is a good price???

I distinctly remember the "good ole days" of 99 cents/gallon when I was in college in the late 90's. :o) That seems laughable now...well, almost if it doesn't want to make you cry.

But as you know, we travel to Phx. every other weekend and it's always over $4.00 a gallon there!
