Happy New Years to all of you! I've been trying off and on all day to post pictures, but they just refuse to post. Maybe there are too many people trying to post pictures today or something.
Yesterday we had a wonderful day, first of all with our church family, then with Dick's family for most of the day. Dick's parents have a long room in their basement with tables the entire length. It's a great place for a lot of people to eat together. We had fun eating, talking, watching football, and playing games.
Around 8 PM we went home, and Kati Walton (my Texan friend from church) and her three kids came to spend New Year's Eve with us. We played "Life". We had a great time, and I ended up the richest of all. Woohoo!! Around 11:30 we started watching the activities in NYC and saw the ball drop at midnight.
Today I'm just putzing around, trying to finish up some organizing and catching up before the school rat race begins again. We actually have tomorrow off yet, so that will give me a chance to get the laundry done, etc. Dick just took Destiny to Chuck E. Cheese. She got some money for Christmas and it was burning a hole in her money jar!!
