I was just looking at this entry and saw that chubby baby and thought again about how sweet it was to hold an active, squirming beautiful chubby baby -- and ours were born chubby, too! Out of our four live births, Deborah was the smallest at 9lbs,4oz. (and only 18 and a half inches long, they said!) I tease her that she was built like a fire plug! And they kept getting bigger after that. Our last one was over 10lbs 6oz. And to be truthful, it wasn't as hard having them as it was carrying them that last month! Sometimes it seems so long ago. Sometimes it feels like yesterday! That is one beautiful newborn!
