This evening Destiny and I went to Lititz Springs Park to see the show that Clair Brothers is putting on each evening this week to celebrate the 250th anniversary of Lititz. It was AWESOME! I want to go again after Dick is back home.
Okay, I just spent 15 minutes going back through your postings until the first of July, and I cannot find the answer to my question anywhere. It would have been quicker to just ask you in the first place. "How long is Dick staying in Florida???"
Oh my word, you have me laughing out loud, Mary Ann! You are so much like me - I'd have done the same thing. In fact, I did, the time I was trying to figure out what kind of cancer your dad had.
Anyway, he comes back today. I think he leaves down there at 4 something, gets to Baltimore around 6:30, then it's a two hour drive home. He said he's feeling really, really good, praise God!
Okay, I just did the same thing you did, Mary Ann. I went back through my postings to see if I really had never written the changed dates of Dick's trip to Florida. You were right, I never did. But I figured out why. The day after we had to change the dates of his surgery and his trip I became very distracted by a sudden invitation to lunch at Cracker Barrel from someone in Delaware, and I never again thought of writing about the trip dates!!!!
As it turned out, his trip was $20 cheaper in August than it would have been in July, praise God!
