Dick is as crazy as Alan is by taking on such big projects when it is 90 degrees out. Alan tore out the end of the sunporch today and is replacing some boards that have rotted. He doesn't seem to mind the heat and Dick looks like he is enjoying it as well.
I forgot to say that we will be looking forward to the pictures of the new walkway. When one owns a home, there is ALWAYS things to do to keep it up. Your place looks SO nice.
