An Old Lady

I woke up to go to the bathroom at 3:30 a.m. and couldn't go back to sleep. I finally gave up at 4:30 and got up. That is so annoying. After school today we had staff meeting, then I had a doctor appointment at 6 for a physical. It was my first appointment at Cornerstone, just down the road from here. I had Sharon Trani, a physician's assistant, and I really, really liked her. She is referring me to a foot specialist and also to another doctor at Cornerstone concerning my shoulder. I may just go ahead with a corisone shot, because the Valtarin isn't working anymore. After I came home I had to have another tea party with Destiny - she just LOVES her new tea set! I fell asleep reading to her and Dick had to wake me up a while ago. Hopefully I can go back to sleep now! I do sound like such an old lady, I agree.

Yup! waking up at 3:30, getting cortisone shots, etc., all go along with getting older! Pretty soon we will hit the double nickel age (55) won't we! I'd take this age over being a teeny bobber anyday! Sleep well tonight my dear friend! PP in NE

Mom, this wonderful little non-addicting blue pill will help with your sleep problems. Buy the generic brand of Tylenol PM - you'll sleep like a baby. "You can't put a price on a good night's sleep." That was a quote taken from Lisa after she and Geroge bought a Tempur-pedic mattress.
